We put out a Call for Entry in accordance with the following conditions.
[IVRC 2004 Contest]
- Entry Conditions
- A unpublished interactive product using "interactive technologies including virtual reality", planned by a group whose main members are students.
- Representative person
- More than 1 person, up to 3 people. They have to be students who can be reach via email.
- Participants
- No special restriction
- Theme
- No special restriction
- Exhibit space
- The preliminary contest: 2mx2m
The final contest in Gifu: If lager space is required, consult us depending on the project.
- Production Cost Support(*1)
- Provide each project which passed the second examination 50,000JPY(or more)(*2)
- Transport Cost Support(*1)
- The preliminary contest: 10,000JPY(For the groups from Kanto area, adopt another rule for the groups from faraway)
- The final contest: 60,000JPY(For the groups from other than Chubu area), 30,000JPY(For the groups from Chubu area)
- Extra prizes
- Overall winner extra prize: 500,000JPY(For the externship in SIGGRAPH 2007)(*3)
- + SIGGRAPH exhibit submission support(*4)
- Remarks

(*1) For each cost support, we request the expense report after the events.
(*2) The additional support amount will be allocated depending on the rating in the second examination.
(*3) In the case the travel fee is lesser than 500,000JPY, the amount of difference belongs to the winning team. If no team member participates the SIGGRAPH 2007, the extra prize is dismissed.
(*4) We support exhibits not only in SIGGRAPH, but also in the international and national VR events such as the Industrial Virtual Reality Expo & Conference in Tokyo Big-site. Though, because there is an examination for the SIGGRAPH exhibit, it is not the assurance of the exhibit.
