For the second examination, we have the presentation examination of teams which passed the fist examination at the lecture room of the first building of the depertment of technology of the university of Tokyo(in Hongo campus).
Each presentation consists of the 90 seconds of presentation and the 2 minutes of question and answer period(strict punctuality). The slides for the presentation should be 2 pages, one for the basic concept, the other for the implementation method. Including of video image is permitted.
The team of faraway region or which cannot come the venue should give a video presentation. In the case, use 2 minutes MPEG movie. Instead of the question and answer, please send a supplement message. A host reads it in the allocated time to the team.

For the strict punctuality policy, we shut the light of the projector when the time is up.

In the venue, there is the following equipment for use.
- a projector(XGA)
- a set of stereo speakers
- note PCs(*1,*2,*3,*4)
*1 Change of the environment may cause a problem to your presentation. Therefore, we recommend you to bring your own note PC.
*2 If you use the provided computer in the venue, send an email message to the contact address. in advance
*3 If you bring your own note PC, we strongly recommend to test the connectivity with the projector during 30 minutes between the venue open and the beginning of the examination.
*4 We recommend you to bring the backup data in another strage device.
*5 Well-rehearsed presentation is recommended. There is no time-extention of the presentation.
