Entry Policy

For the application, each team should agree the following policy:

1. During the IVRC 2006, Participants have an obligation to focus on the plannning and production of their product and the related jobs. We may require the return of the production cost support if the interactive exhibit of the product is unable at the examinations.

2. The responsibility for copyright is on the participant(team or indivitual) wholly. Remember that there is no infringement of copyright in the text, music, image, software of use in your product. If a product has a fear to infringe other's copywrite, it is disqualified. Add the copyright notation if necessary.

3. The copyright of each applied product belongs to the participant.

4. IVRC keeps the right of the use of applied products which passed the second examination. IVRC can use the product and related materials without the aknowledgement of the participants for print, TV programs, exhibit in events, browsing on the Web and so forth.

5. IVRC can use the pictures and movies taken during the contest period for the publicity of IVRC without the aknowledgement to the participants. Though, if there is an approach from a participant for the potrait right, IVRC will respect it.

6. If a participant borrows machines from the sponcer corporation or laboratories, the responsibility of the management of them are on the participant. IVRC cannot assure it in the case any trouble happens during the examination period.

7. Participants and the IVRC executive committee cooperate with sincerity for the publicity of the contest and outside exhibit activities(in Industrial Virtual Reality Expo & Conference, SIGGRAPH, and Laval Virtual).
