April 29 - May 19, 2006(via the official website, postal mail, and fax)

How to Apply

Send 1.Agreement Form and 5.Payment Certificate to the contact address as a postal mail within a given period.
In the case the mail is late, first FAX them to the contact number and send via the postal mail.
Uproad 2.Abstract, 3.Proposal, and 4.Budget Plan on the Entry page.

5.Copy of the Payment Certificate of 1,000JPY for the examination application

* After uploading, send an acknowledgement mail to the contact address during the application period.
* Your Proposal, Abstract, and Budget Plan are published on the private judging committee website for the first documentary examination. There are no problem using color images in them because they are not printed on paper.
* For the format change to Adobe Acrobat PDF, it is free up to 5 files as a trial period when you register on the Create Adobe PDF Online.
* Masamichi HOSODA introduces how to make PDF with the free Ghostscript software on http://www9.plala.or.jp/trueroad/pdf-make/.
